By accessing or using Coinfella, you agree to be bound by these terms and services. If you do not agree to all the terms and services, you may not use the platform.

Description of the Service

Coinfella provides a fiat-to-crypto services platform that allows you to request and invoice payments in fiat currencies and get paid in crypto.

Eligibility

To use Coinfella, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to you.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Coinfella only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and services. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Fees and Payments

Coinfella charges a fee for each transaction processed through the platform, this does not include the ‘Professional’ pricing plan in which Coinfella does not charge any transactional fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the service. Coinfella reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time.

Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to Coinfella are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from Coinfella.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Coinfella is provided “as is“ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coinfella does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

In no event shall Coinfella be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service or these terms and services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Coinfella and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms and services, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Coinfella is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and services shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Modification of Terms and Services

Coinfella reserves the right to modify these terms and services at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and services.

Termination

Coinfella may terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

Entire Agreement

These terms and services constitute the entire agreement between you and Coinfella regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
